Bianka Eickenberg and Joceli Marina Cardozo have been friends since university and together bring over 30 years of experience in international trade — across different countries and industries.
Bianka specialized in home textiles and product development. Joceli built her career in consulting and supply chain, connecting businesses across global markets.
CrossBridge Sourcing was founded on the convergence of two complementary paths.
In 2025, they decided to join forces to create something new: a sourcing consultancy that combines technical expertise with sensibility, delivering personalized, exclusive, and secure import solutions.
In their pursuit of excellence and expansion in China, the founders invited Aggie Ye, who brings over 20 years of export experience across Asia, to join the project. Aggie is a specialist in supplier identification and product consolidation, and she serves as our Head of the Ningbo office.
